PRICES AND POLICIES

Monthly memberships are for one calendar month, i.e. 7th December to 6th January inclusive.STUDIO memberships of one month and longer are for HOT / FLEXIBLE desks as standard.
(FIRST COME, FIRST CHOICE)
- Customers can reserve FIXED / DEDICATED desks for an additional VND 500K per month.
- Additional Monitor (Dual Screen) available for extra 500K per month.Customers making block bookings of 2 days and longer must use each day booked.
- Pauses in memberships are not permitted.
- The daily rate for block bookings is the same per day whether for 2 days or 30 days, so please only book for days you will come to HIVE.Please be considerate to other customers
- No calls over 1 hour in duration permitted (you can use the meeting room if it's available)
- Hot food is not permitted inside STUDIO, but can be consumed at the Cafe outside tables :-)We STRONGLY recommend that all work spaces are cleared at the end of each session, to allow the staff to clean and discinfect the equipment properly.
- Free Lockers are available.
- HIVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS OF CUSTOMERS.Discount prices for Cold Plunge, Sauna and Contrast Therapy sessions are valid only during the period of the membership.We are unable to contact members individually regarding renewals, and we sometimes have resevations for desks serveral months in advance.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that you let us know as early as possible if you would like to extend your membership.
